Manifesting on Autopilot: These 4 Reminders Will Help You Create Effortlessly

Manifestation has become a hot topic.

Everywhere you look, there is advice, tips, tricks, and techniques for creating the life you truly want. (Check out my new book on using acting techniques to manifest more!).

I’m a forever student of manifesting and conscious creation, so I felt the urge to write this blog and give you a few reminders about your innate power.

There’s a lot of advice out there, so let’s break down my four top reminders so manifesting becomes effortless and fun again (imagine that!).

Ready? Of course, you are. Let’s dig in.

Here are my 4 top reminders to help you manifest easier:

#1 — It’s already DONE.

As humans, we are here to experience separateness. This illusion can distort our knowledge of what’s really going on: there is no separateness in the divine Universe. Everything is connected, and everything is happening right on time.

When you ask for something, remind yourself that it’s already done. Creation is finished. There’s no need to work for anything (which goes against our deeply ingrained belief that we must suffer for what we want).

Part of knowing your divinity is knowing that YOU are the Source of all you seek. If everything you want lives inside you as consciousness, then it’s already finished. There’s nothing to strive for. There is only the sweetness of understanding that YOU are the commander and what you command must BE.

When I finally got this, I deeply relaxed and allowed the Universe to do its thing. I experienced a new level of trust in myself and my intuition. I understood that anything I seek is already part of me.

There is no “out there.” There is only awareness of what you are and allowing that to be reflected back to you.

What you seek is seeking you. It’s done. It’s finished. In other words, relax!

#2 — There’s nowhere to get to.

This is my favorite reminder from my spiritual teacher.

Our culture is obsessed with self-improvement.

We’re inundated with deadlines, finish lines, and endpoints. The theory is that once we do this or that, we’ll be more of what we want to be.

But the truth is this: you’re already divine, so there’s nowhere to get to. Where and who you are right now is perfect. It’s enough. It’s holy. It’s all good.

This doesn’t mean to ditch all your spiritual practices. It means reminding yourself that you are already enough, righteous, and wonderful with or without a “spiritual practice.”

Don’t do anything to become “more spiritual,’ but rather do it because it brings you joy, pleasure, contentment, and satisfaction. You’re already “spiritual.” Being spiritual means being truthful, no matter what that looks like.

If you desire to experience more physical wealth in your life, understand that you’re already divine and your request is accepted and fulfilled by YOU. Your level of consciousness determines how much you allow yourself to experience and enjoy. If you want more money, remind yourself that YOU ARE MONEY, because money is a creation of the Universe and YOU ARE THE UNIVERSE.

There is NOTHING OUTSIDE OF YOU. You are it!

#3 — You are already whole, complete, and fulfilled.

The illusion that something is “out there” will mess us up every time.

Whenever you have a desire to experience more “out there” in the physical world, you reinforce the illusion that “out there” is real.

Physical objects and experiences manifest based on what we believe about them and what we believe about ourselves.

But it all starts with ENERGY.

If you believe you’re already whole, complete, and fulfilled, the Universe reflects that belief with objects and experiences that match that self-perception.

Let’s say you want more money flow in your physical experience. If you believe the money is far from you or you have to do something to “get it,” that’s the self-perception that will consistently be reflected: that the money is far from you and you have to do something to get it!

But if you know deep down that you’re already whole, complete, and fulfilled regardless of your money flow, the money starts to show up because the Universe reflects what you believe about yourself.

Everything is about a FEELING (stay tuned for reminder #4!), not a THING. The THING is a reflection of a FEELING, which is based on your beliefs.

Start enjoying your presence, your innate power, and a deep feeling of satisfaction. Start marinating in these sensations and watch what happens!

#4 — Manifesting is about a FEELING, not a THING.

You are incarnated here to experience a physical world. Your soul is having a blast in this illusion because it LOVES experiences.

And that’s the Catch-22, isn’t it?

As souls incarnated here, we desire to eat food, hold hands with someone we love, and go on adventures. We want to touch things, smell things, eat things, hear things, and savor things.

So what gives with manifesting? Why are we always being told it’s not about the stuff, but about the experience of the stuff?

Because IT IS.

When you desire something, no matter what it is, there’s a feeling behind it. That’s where you’ll want to place focus to allow the physical experience of it to show up.

Want more money? That’s a desire to feel safe, secure, and taken care of.

Want a relationship? That’s a desire to feel loved, cherished, and seen.

Want a new car? That’s a desire to feel free, adventurous, and prosperous.

Want a baby? That’s a desire to feel tenderness, connection, and compassion.

Want to go on a trip? That’s a desire to feel liberated, spontaneous, and wild.

Manifesting is about a FEELING, which attracts things and experiences to you. Your feeling gets reflected so you can experience more of it!

You can create every emotion I listed above RIGHT HERE RIGHT NOW. That’s your innate power as a creator — the ability to create emotions, feelings, and sensations. In essence, THAT’S your reality: whatever emotion or feeling you’re currently in.

Putting these manifestation reminders into practice!

Let’s do a fun experiment.

Get your journal or a sheet of paper and do this right now.

Jot down your top 5 objects or experiences you want to create.

Next to each one, write down the FEELING it brings up in you when you imagine that thing or experience being part of your present reality.

Go through each feeling and FEEL IT NOW.

Bathe yourself in that awareness and enjoy it. Be with it. Allow it space to grow bigger.

As you daydream and feel these sensations, remind yourself that THIS IS THE MANIFESTATION! Your current state of being IS what you desire. That’s HOME. That’s PRESENCE. That’s WHOLENESS and COMPLETENESS. That’s CONSCIOUSNESS.

Now, tell yourself that you’re already divine and it’s already done!

It’s done because YOU’RE EXPERIENCING WHAT YOU WANT RIGHT NOW! You’re experiencing the FEELING associated with this “out there” thing or experience. YOU ARE THE EXPERIENCE! WOW!

The more you enjoy being THE CREATOR, the more will manifest in your reality. Why? Because the Universe reflects what you believe about yourself. It reflects feelings.

Here’s an analogy that helped bring this concept home for me.

When you get dressed and check your outfit in a mirror, you don’t ask the mirror to change if you don’t like what you see. YOU CHANGE YOUR OUTFIT, and the mirror reflects that change.

You can’t feel lack and have the Universe reflect abundance. It will keep reflecting lack until you change your self-perception.

You can’t radiate unworthiness and have the Universe reflect worthiness. You must start to feel yourself as worthy, which comes from within!

Stop trying to change the mirror and start looking at the mirror’s reflection.

I hope this blog was helpful!

Save this copywriting template to your swipe file!

Let’s get started!

To create a successful sales page, you must be crystal clear about what you’re selling while simultaneously creating intrigue.

The following template will help you craft copy that gets your reader’s attention and paints a picture of the transformation they seek.

#1 — Here’s the thing I’m selling!

Answer the following questions:

  • What is it?
  • how does it work?
  • What are the features and benefits?
  • what does it do?
  • What does it look like or feel like?
  • What problem(s) does it solve?
  • What desires does it satisfy?
  • what goals does it help someone achieve?

Remember to be specific and detailed — don’t be afraid to spell out everything.

Here’s an example from my book’s sales page:

#2 — Here’s who can benefit from the thing I’m selling!

This is where you define your target market or the group of people you’re trying to reach or serve.

BE SPECIFIC!

  • What are their problems and concerns?
  • What do they want out of life?
  • What is their biggest pain point or deepest desire?
  • What are their goals and dreams?
  • How do they want their lives to improve?

This is your tribe! This is a place to use storytelling and emotional connection to hone in on who you’re helping.

#3 — Here’s how it’s different from similar things on the market!

Explain why your product or service outshines the competition or what makes it unique.

This is another section where you can define features and benefits.

Don’t forget to spell out the exact transformation your customers will have if they buy from you!

You can also explain why your product or service offers more/has more value than the competition.

Why should people buy from you? This is the place to explain.

#4 — Here’s how it can help you!

This is where you highlight and reiterate the transformation your customers will experience.

Don’t be afraid to get raw and honest here and use specific examples your readers will feel and connect with.

Tug at their heartstrings and deepest desires. This is another place to include storytelling and emotional connection.

Here’s an example from my book’s sales page:

#5 — Here are some real people telling you how it’s helped them!

This is your testimonials section.

In your testimonials, make sure your buyers spell out exactly how your product or service helped improve their lives.

“This is a great product!” doesn’t help people see themselves in their transformation.

Ask them to be specific: “This product showed me my limiting beliefs and helped me rewrite my internal story. I was able to see myself differently and show up for myself in healthier ways.”

Here’s an example from my book’s sales page:

#6 — Here’s where/how you can get it!

This is where you tell your readers where or how they can purchase your product or service and what they can expect to pay.

Take my advice: the fewer steps your potential buyer has to take, the better!

Keep it at two clicks if you can so people don’t get lost, confused, or frustrated.

Anything that isn’t crystal clear will lose you buyers.

Spell it out as if you are speaking to a child.

You can also include an FAQ section that answers these questions at the bottom of your sales page. This is great for search results, too.

Lastly, list any guarantees or return policies in this section.

Here are some examples from my book’s sales page:

I hope these tips help you with your sales pages!

Remember: being specific and targeted will help your conversion rate and increase how many people you can find and serve.

Don’t be afraid to get honest and transparent about how your buyer’s lives will change.

Tap into the emotions and sensations of their transformation and show them how your product or service can improve their lives.

Leave me a comment and let me know how it’s going for you!

Let’s play a game.

This game will help shift your focus and give you all the good feels.

It will have you giddy with joy and re-establish your abundance mindset.

It will calm your nervous system and allow you to expand your receptive capacity.

Ready to play?

This is the “I know I have it so good” game.

Never heard of it? That’s because I made it up!

I’ve been using this for about 24 hours, and let me tell you, it hits the spot.

It gets you back to the present moment and forces you to focus on all the good stuff happening in your life.

If you’re familiar with manifesting, you know that gratitude is a powerful force to help you attract more. Gratitude is the ultimate game-changer to feel better.

So, let’s dive in, and I’ll teach you how to play. Don’t worry, it’s not hard!

Let’s say you find yourself in a bad mood or feeling disconnected. This is the time to play the “I know I have it so good” game.

Here’s how it works.

Sit and close your eyes. Take a few breaths to get centered and come back to your present experience. Get your body relaxed and calm.

Now, I want you to start with 10 things, almost like a gratitude list. But instead of simply listing them out, you’re going to speak them.

Let’s try a few. I’ll go first.

“I know I have it so good because I’m healthy.”

“I know I have it so good because I have a warm bed to sleep in tonight.”

“I know I have it so good because I have money in my bank account.”

“I know I have it so good because I love my job.”

“I know I have it so good because I’m educated.”

“I know I have it so good because I can enjoy peaceful mornings and take my time.”

Doesn’t that feel so good? 😉

Now, it’s your turn!

Stop right now and list 10 things that prove to you that you have it “so good.”

I love hearing from my readers, so consider leaving a comment below and updating me on how it’s going for you.

Happy creating!
