Let’s play a game.

This game will help shift your focus and give you all the good feels.

It will have you gitty with joy and re-establish your abundance mindset.

It will calm your nervous system and allow you to expand your receptive capacity.

Ready to play?

This is the “I know I have it so good” game.

Never heard of it? That’s because I made it up!

I’ve been using this for about 24 hours and let me tell you, it hits the spot.

It gets you back to the present moment and forces you to focus on all the good stuff happening in your life.

If you’re familiar with manifesting, you know that gratitude is a powerful force to help you attract more. Gratitude is the ultimate game-changer to feel better.

So, let’s dive in and I’ll teach you how to play. Don’t worry, it’s not hard!

Let’s say you find yourself in a bad mood or feeling disconnected. This is the time to play the “I know I have it so good” game.

Here’s how it works.

Sit and close your eyes. Take a few breaths to get centered and come back to your present experience. Get the body relaxed and calm.

Now, I want you to start with 10 things, almost like a gratitude list. But instead of simply listing them out, you’re going to speak them.

Let’s try a few. I’ll go first.

“I know I have it so good because I’m healthy.”

“I know I have it so good because I have a warm bed to sleep in tonight.”

“I know I have it so good because I have money in my bank account.”

“I know I have it so good because I love my job.”

“I know I have it so good because I’m educated.”

“I know I have it so good because I can enjoy peaceful mornings and take my time.”

Doesn’t that feel so good? 😉

Now, it’s your turn!
