Let’s get started!

To create a successful sales page, you must be crystal clear about what you’re selling while simultaneously creating intrigue.

The following template will help you craft copy that gets your reader’s attention and paints a picture of the transformation they seek.

#1 — Here’s the thing I’m selling!

Answer the following questions:

  • what is it?
  • how does it work?
  • what are the features and benefits?
  • what does it do?
  • what does it look like or feel like?
  • what problem(s) does it solve?
  • what desires does it satisfy?
  • what goals does it help someone achieve?

Remember to be specific and detailed — don’t be afraid to spell out everything.

#2 — Here’s who can benefit from the thing I’m selling!

This is where you define your target market or the group of people you’re trying to reach or serve.

BE SPECIFIC!

  • What are their problems and concerns?
  • What do they want out of life?
  • What is their biggest pain point or deepest desire?
  • What are their goals and dreams?
  • How do they want their lives to improve?

This is your tribe! This is a place to use storytelling and emotional connection to hone in on who you’re helping.

#3 — Here’s how it’s different from similar things on the market!

Explain why your product or service outshines the competition or what makes it unique.

This is another section where you can define features and benefits.

Don’t forget to spell out the exact transformation your customers will have if they buy from you!

You can also explain why your product or service offers more/has more value than the competition.

Why should people buy from you? This is the place to explain.

#4 — Here’s how it can help you!

This is where you highlight and reiterate the transformation your customers will experience.

Don’t be afraid to get raw and honest here and use specific examples your readers will feel and connect with.

Tug at their heartstrings and deepest desires. This is another place to include storytelling and emotional connection.

#5 — Here are some real people telling you how it’s helped them!

This is your testimonials section.

In your testimonials, make sure your buyers spell out exactly how your product or service helped improve their lives.

“This is a great product!” doesn’t help people see themselves in their transformation.

Ask them to be specific: “This product showed me my limiting beliefs and helped me re-write my internal story. I was able to see myself differently and show up for myself in healthier ways.”

#6 — Here’s where/how you can get it!

This is where you tell your readers where or how they can purchase your product or service and what they can expect to pay.

Take my advice: the fewer steps your potential buyer has to take, the better!

Keep it at two clicks if you can so people don’t get lost, confused, or frustrated.

Anything that isn’t crystal clear will lose you buyers.

Spell it out as if you are speaking to a child.

You can also include an FAQ section that answers these questions at the bottom of your sales page. This is great for search results, too.

Lastly, list any guarantees or return policies in this section.

I hope these tips help you with your sales pages!

Remember: being specific and targeted will help your conversion rate and increase how many people can you find and serve.

Don’t be afraid to get honest and transparent about how your buyer’s lives will change.

Tap into the emotions and sensations of their transformation and show them how your product or service can improve their lives.

Leave me a comment and let me know how it’s going for you!
