The simple hack I’m sharing with you will make your chosen reality feel closer to you than ever, helping you relax and allow in more.
First, let’s talk briefly about why this hack is so effective.
In manifesting, we are told to affirm the desire or reality we truly want and vibrate as best as we can in that frequency.
In essence, to create something new, we have to become someone new.
As we change our state of being (or who we’re be-ing), we allow new perspectives and experiences.
And the more we affirm what we want (and mindfully ignore the circumstances we don’t align with), the more we “trick” ourselves into believing that’s who we are, thus creating a new identity and receiving a new reflection of our reality.
Here’s where affirming can get sticky.
If you have no money in your bank account and you decide to affirm you’re a millionaire, your brain is too smart to agree with that new idea.
Your brain knows that your bank account is empty; thus, that new affirmation doesn’t make it past the brain stem into the body, where emotions are felt and expressed.
When you can’t get your emotions involved in the new reality you’re attempting to create and feel, no amount of affirming will change your circumstances.
Are you still with me? Good.
Now, let me ask you a question.
Do you need to affirm your name, hair color, or where you were born constantly to know them to be true?
Hopefully, you answered this question with a big, fat, “No!”
Stay with me because here’s where the magic starts to happen.
Let’s say you want to manifest a new car, and you set an intention with the Universe that you want this to materialize.
Maybe you do some visualizations or meditate in the desired state (which are powerful tools for change).
And let’s pretend that because you really want this car, you affirm that you have it as much as possible, but it’s not feeling real enough to you.
Yet.
Here’s what I want you to do: Replace the robotic affirming with a deep knowing, just like the intrinsic feeling of knowing your name, your hair color, and where you were born.
You don’t need to affirm your name every day to know that’s who you are — it’s simply, well, you! It exists without acknowledgment or struggle. It just is.
Whatever you’re trying to manifest right now, transfer the assuredness of knowing your name or hair color to knowing that that particular desire is already here. It’s already done. It already exists.
The moment you decide you want something, the Universe accepts it and starts you on the path to receive it.
But if you don’t believe that you already have it (everything starts as energy first), you’ll have difficulty letting it in.
The Universe is a big mirror, and it reflects what you believe about yourself and how life responds to you.
If you can create a knowingness in your body that whatever you want is already yours, it will show up quickly and easily.
How can you create knowingness? Use the feeling of assuredness around your desire being real — just like your name, your hair color, or where you were born.
If you do this, you don’t need to affirm your desire all the time! You can simply let the Universe know something like, “Hey! I’d love an extra $5k this month! Thanks for giving me guidance for this!” and then let it go! Understand that it’s handled. The assured outcome is as real as your name! It is created now.
This technique helped me feel relief, comfort, and assuredness around everything I’ve been asking for (or wanting to express as a manifestation).
Try it for anything you want to see manifest in your life.
Feel the completeness and satisfaction of understanding that it’s already here because everything is energy.
