🤯 Think of the top of your head like the lid of a container, able to open and close.
✋ Place your hand on top of your head with the intention of closing the lid.
💭 Stay here for a few minutes and continue to breathe.
You’ll notice your thoughts start to re-organize and calm down.
We all channel energy from other humans, most of which we can’t process immediately.
